Ok, so here's the first place I'm writing this. I'm going to put this on my blogs and I hope this idea works.
I'm working on a song right now that I'm pretty happy about. One of the reasons is that I'm imagining the entire song sung by a crowd, rather than just my voice.
So, what if, given the wonders of the Internet, I had some special guests singing on it:
YOU!
Do you have access to a place to record? If so, you can sing on this song!
It'll be the entire melody all the way through. I'd love to have as many entries as possible.
Like I said, my main goal is to make it sound like a big crowd is singing it, so it doesn't have to be perfect lead singer person. You don't have to be a musician, or even sing the song perfectly if you are a musician. Just sing it from the heart and the rest will take care of itself!
Let me know if you're interested, and I'll post more info about this soon on how to do it and what not. Feel free to post questions too as I literally came up with this just today. |

Well, you know cause we exchanged emails about it... I'm going to give it a go. And, if it's good enough, it could also be the first 'professional' outing of Holly Brown (aged 4 3/4).
I confidently expect Holly to be chosen over me...
By the way, what's our royalty split on performance rights? Do you want my manager's phone number?
